Zucchini Soup


2 TBS Butter
2 Onions roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic
1 litre Water
1 TBS Masel Chicken Style Stock Powder
1 tsp Celtic Salt
1 tsp Dried Basil
3 Large Zucchini's chopped

Method:
Fry onion and garlic in butter in a large pot till clear.  Add water and seasonings and chopped zucchini.  Cook till tender and then blend till creamy.  If you want the soup thicker just add more zucchini.  Enjoy!!
