Banana Pancakes

It has been a couple of years... It is about time that I posted something.  Here is a new recipe for you all!


1 cup wholewheat self-raising flour
1 banana, mashed
~1 cup soymilk

Mix ingredients together and spoon into a lightly oiled frying pan.  Fry on both sides until they are lightly golden and then serve with your favourite toppings.  Enjoy!

Serves 2-3.
